1Boil the soaked Chickpeas with sufficient water and 5 grams of Salt until tender. Drain and set aside.
2Heat Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add Cumin seeds and allow them to splutter for a few seconds.
3Add chopped Onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in Ginger-garlic paste and 10 grams of Green chili, cooking until the raw aroma disappears.
