1Slice the Beef flank steak against the grain into thin pieces. In a bowl, combine the sliced Beef flank steak with 15 grams of Light soy sauce, 15 grams of Shaoxing wine, 10 grams of Cornstarch, Sesame oil, and White pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2Cut the Broccoli into bite-sized florets. Bring a pot of water to a boil, blanch the Broccoli for 1-2 minutes until vibrant green but still crisp. Drain immediately and set aside.
3Prepare the sauce by combining Oyster sauce, 10 grams of Light soy sauce, Dark soy sauce, 10 grams of Shaoxing wine, Granulated sugar, 5 grams of Cornstarch, and Water in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
