1Heat Coconut oil in a heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
2Add Cardamom pods, Cloves, Cinnamon stick, and Black peppercorns to the hot oil. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3Add chopped Ginger, slit Green chili, and Curry leaves. Sauté for another minute until aromatic.
