Hazırlanışı
1Rinse Idli rice, Urad dal, and Fenugreek seeds thoroughly. Soak them together in sufficient water for 4 to 6 hours.
2Separately, soak Poha in a small amount of water for 20 minutes just before grinding.
3Drain the soaked Idli rice, Urad dal, and Fenugreek seeds. Combine them with the soaked Poha in a wet grinder or high-speed blender.
