1. Prepare the chicken: Cut the Boneless chicken thighs into 4-5 cm pieces. Pat them thoroughly dry with paper towels. Season the chicken pieces evenly with Salt, Black pepper, and Garlic powder. Set aside.

2. Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the Potato starch, All-purpose flour, and Baking powder. Gradually add 150g Water, mixing until a smooth, thick batter forms. Do not overmix.

3. Coat the chicken: Add the seasoned Boneless chicken thighs to the batter, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Gently toss to distribute the batter evenly.
