Drain the soaked Glutinous rice. In a bowl, combine the drained Glutinous rice, half of the Garlic cloves, half of the Jujube, half of the Ginseng root, and half of the Chestnuts.

Carefully stuff the cavity of the Whole duck with the prepared Glutinous rice mixture. Secure the opening with kitchen twine or skewers to prevent the filling from spilling out during cooking.
