1Soak 45g of mustard seeds in water for 15 minutes, then grind into a smooth paste with 50g of coconut and 20g of chili pepper.
2Combine the ground paste with 5g of turmeric powder, 8g of salt, 5g of sugar, and 20g of mustard oil in a mixing bowl.
3Add 500g of cleaned prawns to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the prepared mustard and coconut mixture.
