2In a bowl, combine Koikuchi soy sauce, Sake, Mirin, Grated ginger, and Grated garlic to create the marinade.
3Add the prepared Chicken gizzards to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably 1 hour in the refrigerator.
