1In a small mixer grinder, combine Fresh coconut, Green chili, Ginger, and Cumin seeds. Add a splash of water and grind to a smooth paste. Set aside.
2In a medium saucepan, add the chopped Cucumber, Turmeric powder, and 50ml of water. Cook on medium heat until the Cucumber is tender but still retains some crunch, about 5-7 minutes. Add Salt to taste and mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
3Once the cooked Cucumber mixture has cooled, stir in the ground paste from step 1.
