1In a large mixing bowl, combine 500g Glutinous rice flour and 5g Salt.
2Add 50g Soju, 50g Cheongju, and 10g Sesame oil to the Glutinous rice flour mixture. Knead thoroughly until a smooth, pliable dough forms.
3Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 3mm. Cut the dough into small rectangular pieces, about 3cm by 4cm. Prick each piece several times with a fork.
