1Tear the Stale rustic bread into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside.
2In a large pot, heat the Extra-virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the whole peeled Garlic cloves and sauté gently until fragrant and lightly golden, about 2-3 minutes. Do not let the Garlic burn. Remove and discard the Garlic.
3Pour the Vegetable broth into the pot and bring it to a gentle simmer.
