1Grind the Coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency suitable for pour-over brewing.
2Prepare a simple syrup by combining the Granulated sugar and Water (for simple syrup) in a small saucepan. Heat gently until the Granulated sugar dissolves completely, then remove from heat and let cool.
3Place a pour-over dripper with a paper filter over a heat-resistant serving glass or carafe. Fill the glass or carafe with the Ice cubes.
