1For Zunka: In a bowl, combine 200g Gram flour with 250g Water and 2g Salt to form a smooth, lump-free batter. Set aside.
2Heat 30g Vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai over medium heat.
3Add Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Then add Cumin seeds and Asafoetida, sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
