1Soak the dried radish greens in plenty of cold water for at least 6-8 hours, or preferably overnight, until softened.
2Drain the soaked dried radish greens, then transfer them to a large pot with fresh water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 hours until the dried radish greens are very tender. Check tenderness by squeezing a piece between your fingers.
3Drain the boiled dried radish greens and rinse thoroughly under cold running water. Squeeze out excess water very firmly. Chop the dried radish greens into 5-7 cm lengths.
