1Wash Kaima rice thoroughly and soak in water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2Heat 50 grams of Ghee in a large heavy-bottomed pan. Add 200 grams of thinly sliced Onions and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove fried Onions and set aside on absorbent paper. This is birista.
3In the same Ghee, fry Cashews until golden, then add Raisins and fry until plump. Remove and set aside with the birista.
