1Pour the full-fat milk into a wide, shallow pot or a large, heavy-bottomed pan.
2Place the pot over medium heat and bring the full-fat milk to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching at the bottom.
3Once the full-fat milk begins to boil, reduce the heat to the lowest possible setting, so it is barely simmering. A very gentle ripple should be visible, but not a rolling boil.
