1Bring 2000g of Water to a rolling boil in a large pot. Add 15g of Salt to the boiling Water.
2Add 200g of Fettuccine to the boiling Water and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 200g of the pasta cooking Water before draining the Fettuccine.
3While the Fettuccine cooks, melt 100g of Unsalted butter in a large skillet over very low heat. Do not brown the Unsalted butter.
