1Soak the dried radish greens in plenty of water overnight, or for at least 8 hours, until fully rehydrated and tender.
2Once rehydrated, rinse the dried radish greens thoroughly under running water, gently squeezing out any dirt or impurities. Boil the rehydrated dried radish greens in fresh water for 30-40 minutes until very tender.
3Drain the boiled dried radish greens and rinse again with cold water. Squeeze out excess water very firmly. Cut the dried radish greens into 5-7 centimeter lengths.
