Soak the Glutinous rice in cold Water for at least 6 hours or overnight. Drain thoroughly before use.

Steam the soaked Glutinous rice in a steamer for 30 minutes until it is partially cooked.

While the Glutinous rice is steaming, prepare the sauce: In a large bowl, combine the Light soy sauce, Brown sugar, Honey, Sesame oil, Cinnamon powder, and Salt. Mix well until the Brown sugar and Salt are fully dissolved.
