1Bring Water and Salt to a rolling boil in a heavy-bottomed pan.
2Reduce the heat to low, add Rice flour to the boiling water, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Cover the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flour to steam.
3Transfer the cooked Rice flour mixture to a large mixing bowl. Add Grated coconut, finely chopped Green chili, finely chopped Fresh cilantro, finely chopped Onion, and Cumin seeds.
