1Thoroughly clean the 500 grams of sea worms by rinsing them multiple times under cold running water, gently squeezing to expel any internal sand or impurities. Repeat until the water runs clear and the sea worms are clean.
2In a large pot, combine the cleaned sea worms with 1500 grams of water and 30 grams of sliced ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until the sea worms are cooked through and the liquid has thickened slightly from their natural gelatin.
3Carefully remove the cooked sea worms and sliced ginger from the pot using a slotted spoon. Discard the sliced ginger.
