1Combine Basmati Rice, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Toor Dal, and Fenugreek seeds in a large bowl. Wash thoroughly and soak them together in sufficient water for 6-8 hours.
2Drain the soaked mixture completely. Transfer the mixture to a grinder, add Yogurt and 100 grams of Water, and grind to a coarse batter. Add the remaining 100 grams of Water gradually if needed to achieve a thick, pourable consistency.
3Pour the batter into a large bowl, cover it with a lid, and let it ferment in a warm place for 8-10 hours, or until it has risen and become slightly airy.
