2In a large pot, add the cleaned chicken feet, Doenjang, and roughly chopped Onion. Cover with enough water to submerge the chicken feet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes to remove impurities and soften the chicken feet. Drain and rinse the chicken feet again.
3While the chicken feet are simmering, prepare the spicy sauce. In a bowl, combine Gochujang, Gochugaru, Soy sauce, minced Garlic, minced Ginger, Mirin, Sugar, Sesame oil, and Black pepper. Mix well until a smooth paste forms.
