1Clean the Mocha (banana blossom) by removing the outer reddish bracts and the tiny florets within. Discard the hard pistil and the transparent stigma from each floret. Finely chop the cleaned Mocha.
2Pressure cook the finely chopped Mocha with a pinch of Turmeric powder and a small amount of Salt for 3-4 whistles until tender. Separately, boil the Potato until soft. Drain the Mocha well, squeezing out excess Water. Peel and mash the boiled Potato.
3Heat Mustard oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped Onion and sauté until translucent.
