1Boil the Potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them thoroughly, ensuring no lumps remain. Set aside.
2Heat 15 grams of Vegetable oil in a small pan for tempering. Add Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
3Add Cumin seeds, 0.5 grams of Asafoetida, and Curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
