1Remove stems and seeds from the Guajillo chiles and Pasilla chiles. Place them in a bowl and cover with hot water to rehydrate for 20 minutes.
2While chiles rehydrate, remove the husks from the Tomatillos and rinse them thoroughly. Place the Tomatillos in a saucepan with enough Water to cover and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes until softened.
3Roughly chop the White onion and peel the Garlic cloves.
