1Carefully rinse the Dried charales under cold water and thoroughly pat them dry with paper towels to remove all moisture.
2Heat the Vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat until it reaches approximately 175°C (350°F).
3Working in batches, carefully add the Dried charales to the hot Vegetable oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Do not overcrowd the pan.
