1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare the Red bell peppers by washing them, cutting them in half lengthwise, and carefully removing the seeds and membranes. Set aside.
2Heat 20 grams of Extra-virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Yellow onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the Garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
3Add the Ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
