11. In a large bowl, combine the Milk, Sweetened condensed milk, and 50 grams of Heavy cream. Stir well until the Sweetened condensed milk is fully dissolved.
22. Pour the milk mixture into a shallow metal pan or ice cream maker container. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely solid. If using an ice cream maker designed for bingsu, follow its instructions for making the shaved ice base.
33. Prepare the coffee syrup: In a small bowl, combine the Espresso and Granulated sugar. Stir until the Granulated sugar is completely dissolved. Set aside to cool.
