1Clean the Fresh pollack thoroughly, removing any scales and internal organs. Cut the Fresh pollack into 3-4 large pieces.
2Peel the Radish and slice it into thin, half-moon shapes. Slice the Tofu into 2cm thick rectangles.
3Mince the Garlic and Ginger. Slice the Green onion diagonally into 5cm pieces. Slice the Korean chili pepper diagonally.
