Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
In a large baking dish, spread the sliced Patate evenly. Drizzle with 30g of Extra-virgin olive oil, season with 3g of Sale marino and 1g of Pepe nero. Toss to coat.
Bake the Patate for 15 minutes to give them a head start.
