In a bowl, combine beef sirloin, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, 1 gram of black pepper, grated Korean pear, and rice wine. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 50 grams of pasta water before draining the spaghetti.

Heat 5 grams of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef sirloin and stir-fry until fully cooked and slightly caramelized, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the cooked beef sirloin from the pan and set aside.
