1Prepare the ingredients: Rinse Bean sprouts thoroughly and drain well. Slice Pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Mince Garlic and Ginger. Slice Scallion into thin rounds.
2Heat a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add 5 grams of Sesame oil.
3Add the sliced Pork belly to the hot pan and stir-fry until browned and crispy, rendering out some fat. Remove excess fat if desired, leaving a small amount in the pan.
