2Place the rinsed 1500g Pork bones in a large pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 10 minutes, then drain the water and rinse the Pork bones again to remove any impurities. Clean the pot thoroughly.
3Return the cleaned 1500g Pork bones to the large pot. Add 50g Garlic cloves, 30g Ginger, 100g Green onions (whole stalks), 150g Onion, 5g Bay leaves, and 5g Black peppercorns. Fill the pot with enough fresh cold water to cover the ingredients by at least 5 cm. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 3 hours, skimming any foam that rises to the surface.
