2In a large mixing bowl, combine the 00 flour and fine sea salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and extra-virgin olive oil.
3Mix with a wooden spoon or your hands until a shaggy dough forms. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10-15 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
