Peel and deseed the Sweet pumpkin. Cut the Sweet pumpkin into 2-3 cm thick pieces.

Steam the Sweet pumpkin pieces for 15-20 minutes until very tender. Mash the steamed Sweet pumpkin thoroughly with a fork or potato masher until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Non-glutinous rice flour, Glutinous rice flour, White sugar, and Fine sea salt. Mix well.
