1Wash the deniz börülcesi thoroughly under cold running water to remove any sand or debris. Trim any tough, woody ends.
2Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add 3 grams of tuz to the boiling water.
3Carefully add the cleaned deniz börülcesi to the boiling water and blanch for 5-7 minutes, or until the stems are tender but still vibrant green. Do not overcook.
