1In a small bowl, soak the Saffron strands in a tablespoon of warm Water for at least 10 minutes to release their color and flavor.
2Combine the Dahi, Sugar, soaked Saffron (along with its soaking liquid), and Cardamom powder in a blender jar.
3Add 100 grams of Water to the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and frothy.
