Hazırlanışı
1Wash Toor dal thoroughly and cook in a pressure cooker with 500ml of water and 1 gram of Turmeric powder until very soft and mushy (about 3-4 whistles). Mash the cooked Toor dal well with a ladle or whisk.
2Soak Tamarind in 100ml of hot water for 15 minutes. Squeeze to extract a thick Tamarind pulp, then strain and discard any solids.
3Finely chop Onion, Tomato, and Green chili.
