1Rinse the Glutinous Rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak the Glutinous Rice in fresh water for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
2Drain the soaked Glutinous Rice and transfer it to a steamer basket lined with a damp cloth. Steam the Glutinous Rice over high heat for 30-40 minutes, or until it is tender and translucent.
3While the Glutinous Rice is steaming, prepare the fillings. Finely chop the Pickled Radish. Crumble the Salted Duck Egg Yolk into small pieces.
