11. Soak the Tamarind in 150 grams of warm Water for 15 minutes. Mash it well and extract the pulp, discarding any fibrous material. Set aside the Tamarind extract.
22. Heat the Sesame oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
33. Add the Fenugreek seeds and Toor dal to the pan. Sauté until the Toor dal turns golden brown.
