1Clean the Chicken pieces thoroughly. Marinate the Chicken with 2 grams of Turmeric powder, 5 grams of Red chili powder, and 5 grams of Salt. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
2Heat 20 grams of Coconut oil in a heavy-bottomed pan or pot. Add the Mustard seeds and Fenugreek seeds. Allow them to splutter.
3Add the sliced Onions and half of the Curry leaves to the pan. Sauté until the Onions turn golden brown and translucent.
