1Thoroughly clean the Chicken feet, trim off the nails, and rinse under cold water.
2Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the cleaned Chicken feet and blanch for 3-5 minutes. Drain the Chicken feet and rinse them under cold running water to stop the cooking process and remove any impurities. Set aside.
3Heat the Cooking oil in a wok or large pot over medium-high heat.
