Heat the Water to approximately 70-80°C (158-176°F). Do not boil the Water vigorously, as this can scorch the delicate green tea leaves.

Warm your teapot and teacups by rinsing them with a small amount of the heated Water, then discard the warming Water.

Place the Jeju green tea leaves into the warmed teapot.
