1Peel the lauki and grate it finely. Squeeze out any excess water from the grated lauki.
2Heat 50 grams of ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai over medium heat.
3Add the grated lauki to the pan and sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring continuously, until its raw smell disappears and it starts to soften.
