1Blanch the Pistachios in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain, peel off their skins, and pat them dry completely.
2Grind the peeled Pistachios into a fine powder in a food processor, ensuring it does not turn into a paste.
3In a heavy-bottomed pan, combine the Granulated sugar and Water. Heat over medium flame, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
