1Prepare the Aehobak gochu: Wash the Aehobak gochu, pat them dry. Make a lengthwise slit on one side of each pepper, then carefully remove the seeds and membranes without breaking the pepper.
2Prepare the dangmyeon: Boil the dangmyeon in water until tender, then drain, rinse with cold water, drain again thoroughly, and finely chop.
3Prepare tofu: Wrap the firm tofu in a clean cloth, squeeze out excess water thoroughly, then crumble it into fine pieces.
