Place the paneer on a clean, flat surface or a large plate. Using the heel of your palm, mash and knead the paneer vigorously for 8-10 minutes until it becomes completely smooth, soft, and free of any granular texture.

Transfer the smooth paneer to a heavy-bottomed non-stick pan. Add the grated Nolen Gur to the pan.
