1Rinse the Beef brisket thoroughly. Place the Beef brisket in a large pot with 1500 grams of Water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5-2 hours until the Beef brisket is tender. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface. Remove the Beef brisket and strain the broth, reserving both.
2Once cooled, slice the cooked Beef brisket thinly into bite-sized pieces. Season the sliced Beef brisket with 5 grams of Soy sauce, 2 grams of minced Garlic, and 1 gram of Sesame oil.
3Slice the Beef sirloin thinly. In a bowl, combine the Beef sirloin with 20 grams of Soy sauce, 10 grams of minced Garlic, 5 grams of Sesame oil, 1 gram of Black pepper, and 10 grams of Sugar. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
