1Wipe any dirt from the Shiitake mushrooms with a damp cloth. Trim the tough ends of the stems, then slice the mushroom caps into 5mm thick pieces.
2Peel and finely mince the Garlic. Thinly slice the Scallions for garnish.
3Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the Unsalted butter and allow it to melt completely.
